Associate Membership is for agencies that don’t want to join a peer group but do want access to AMI member-only resources, including our group health program, content, and discounts. There are two types of associate memberships. The only difference is that one comes with a ticket to our annual conference, The Build A Better Agency Summit.

Our other two membership levels include belonging to one of our peer groups.
Members discover that having a peer group that understands their worries, hopes, and struggles becomes a lifeline they rely on. Many of our network members have been a part of AMI for over 20 years, and the group is as valuable to them as ever.
They’d tell you that their peer group serves as their unofficial board of directors, sounding board, and the people they call on those days that they’d sell the agency for a quarter. Equally important, the network members are the ones who genuinely celebrate your big wins and breakthroughs.
We have both virtual and live peer groups.
Virtual Peer Groups—We have virtual peer groups for COOs, CFOs, CTOs (AI-focused team members), and agency owners. All virtual peer groups, except for the CFOs, meet monthly for 90 minutes. The CFOs meet for half a day every quarter.

Live Peer Groups — We have live groups for Key Leaders and agency owners. Key Leaders meet for two days in April and October (in Denver), and the live owner groups meet twice a year for two days each time and come in two varieties — one always meets in Denver (twice a year for two days) or they travel to destinations decided by the group.
