Carolyn Lodge, Partner/COO of 116 & West | Coach | Consultant

With over 18 years of agency experience spanning media planning & buying, account planning, client service, and agency operations, Carolyn brings a diverse perspective on what it takes to run a successful agency. She balances a forward-thinking approach with the tactical follow-through required to operate a business and propel growth. If there’s one thing Carolyn is known for, it’s her ability to take an idea, identify an actionable plan, and execute. She has been a member of AMI since 2013 and her firm is an Accredited AMI advertising agency.

In addition to her own agency operations, Carolyn provides coaching and support for peer agencies who are ready to evaluate their operational approach. She combines agency experience with her executive know-how, partnering with owners and leadership teams to assess agency needs and develop roadmaps to enhance organizational structure and scale.

Alongside her agency work, she has served on the board of directors for a variety of organizations including Make-A-Wish, Family Advocates, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, and in a governor-appointed position for Your Health Idaho Health Exchange.  Carolyn holds a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from Boise State University and was acknowledged by the Idaho Business Review as one of Idaho’s Accomplished Under 40. She was also honored as a recipient of a Tribute to Women in Industry award.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Carolyn embracing her most important role: that of a doting mother. She loves seeing the world through the eyes of her littles and relishes time spent adventuring in the PNW with her husband and three children.

Carolyn facilitates our operations peer group in addition to managing offices in Idaho and Washington.
