We know agency life changes on a dime…but we also have to have some rules around those dimes. At a certain point in our event schedule, we incur costs that can’t be recouped if you have to cancel on us.
90 days or more before the event: We will refund 100% of your registration fee.
75-89 days before the event: We will refund 50% of your registration fee OR credit your account the full amount to be used within 365 days.
61-74 days before the event: We will credit your account for 50% of your registration fee to be used within 365 days.
60 days or less: No refunds, no credit. But you can always substitute someone else on the team!
