Group Discount info
We like it when you bring your crew — so of course we offer group discounts. We offer a $200 off discount for each member of a group beyond the first registrant. The discount will automatically apply when you register your group at the same time. If you are an AMI member, you can take BOTH the group discount and the AMI discount when you bring more than one team member!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and wire payments. Please email us for wire instructions or if you need other arrangements.
Food and Beverage included
A hot breakfast buffet, lunch and refreshments are included on Tuesday and Wednesday. The conference package also includes a heavy-appetizer reception on Tuesday evening.
If you are attending member day on Monday, you will enjoy afternoon refreshments and a group dinner.
Networking Opportunities
You’re agency people so we don’t really worry about you sitting in a corner, not meeting anyone new! But the entire conference is built to help you connect with old friends and new! On top of that, back by popular demand, we’re planning a really fun night out AMI-style Tuesday, May 20th. What could go wrong?
Substitution Policy
Can’t join us? We’re bummed to miss you this year but we know how agency life is. You’re able to send a substitute in your place. Please fill out our substitution form to begin that process.
Dress Code
This is an AMI event so you know that anything from shorts and a t-shirt to business casual are welcome! If you wear a tie, we’re going to be pretty sure you’re in the wrong place. But short of that, anything but bathing suits and robes are suitable! We also recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as temperatures inside can vary.

What about the virus, Drew?
Like all of you, we’re relieved that we’ve been able to return to normal life, travel, attend conferences and just hang out with our colleagues!
In the very unlikely event that there would be another outbreak, we would follow local and state guidance surrounding COVID-19.
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel before December 31, 2024, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
If you cancel after December 31, 2024, but before March 1, 2025 you will receive 25% of your registration fee.
If you cancel after March 1st, 2025 no refunds will be provided.
However you may always send a substitute in your place.
