Hey, everybody. Drew McLellan here from Agency  Management Institute this week coming to you again   from Orlando, Florida. You know, by now, by this  point in the year, most New Year's resolutions are gone and we can get serious about setting real  goals for the year. The unrealistic January 1st  goals have come and gone. And so now it's time to  set real goals that we're going to crush in 2022. So I just want to remind you of a couple goal  setting tricks that seem to help us get our   goals done. Better. Faster. Stronger. Deeper.  First one: write it down. So surround yourself with your goal. Post it in the bathroom. Put it  by your computer. Have it be your screensaver.   Whatever it is. Have your goals around you,  but in writing. The likelihood of us completing our goal, accomplishing our goal increases  exponentially when the minute we write it down. The minute we put pen to paper, it happens  in a much bigger, better, bolder way. The other thing is we cannot accomplish 27 goals  all at once. So one, two, maybe three goals. So really think hard. And maybe it's a  personal goal and a professional goal, but narrow down to a couple so you  get them done. And the third one is tell somebody. Find an accountability buddy.  Make it your entire agency, whatever it is. Set an agency goal and share it with everyone.   Post it on the wall. But the more people you're  accountable to, the more people who are checking in on you. The more people that you know  are watching, the more likely you are to follow and accomplish that goal. So again,  write them down, keep them down to 1 or 2 and find an accountability buddy or several  to make sure that your goals get done in 2022. So you can have a great year. All right. I look forward to hearing what your  goals are. And I'll see you next week.
